Tarleton State Agriculture Dean Accepted into APLU Leadership Institute

Dr. Barry Lambert, Dean of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Tarleton State University, is participating in the fall 2023 Food Systems Leadership Institute (FSLI), two-year executive leadership development program for higher education, industry and government.

The FSLI includes three week-long residential sessions at different university locations. During the first year, scholars do assessments to learn about their leadership styles, and a coach helps them develop and implement a personal development plan. Interactive distance learning happens between residential sessions.
