Presenter Reminders and Updates

Greetings from the ASTA National Office, 

We are incredibly excited about your contributions to the 2024 ASTA National Conference, March 20-23 in Louisville, Kentucky - Collocated with the Suzuki Association of the Americas!

We are writing today with a few reminders and some additional updates as we prepare for the conference. 

ASTA Membership Status

Membership must be current at the time of the proposal and at the time of the conference.  

Check your current membership status, join, and/or renew.  

Register for the Conference – Don't Miss the Early Bird Rate!  

Early Bird registration closes on December 22, 2023. Rates increase by 20% on December 23!

Consider taking part in a Pre-Conference Workshop as well!

Reserve your Hotel Rooms – They are going FAST!

Our conference hotel blocks are nearly SOLD OUT! There are rooms available in the conference hotels (at regular rates) and in nearby hotels. Reserve your rooms NOW!

Session Demonstration Groups

Initial Information Forms and Minors Release Forms went out to those presenters that indicated they have a demonstration group in November.

Submit your Session Handouts and Abstracts

Since there will not be a conference app due to lack of internet/wi-fi capabilities in the facility, presenters have the option to contribute their session materials to our 2024 ASTA National Conference Session Materials Repository. We will collect your session handouts and have them available on the ASTA website.

Please submit your session materials by

Session & Music Industry Showcase Presenters

From the Presenter Agreement: "Presenter/s further agrees to provide a printed handout and/or link to handout for attendees at the Presentation. There will not be a 2024 ASTA National Conference app due to lack of internet/wi-fi capabilities in the facility. There WILL be a fantastic, printed program book. ASTA will provide A/V equipment (including screen, LCD projector, HDMI connecting cable, and speakers). Presenters are required to supply their own paper handouts (if they opt to provide paper handouts), electronic adaptors, dongles, etc."

We will use your proposal abstract. This step is complete for you! If you wish to submit additional materials, do so by the deadline, and we will include them!

Pre-Conference Workshop Presenters

Please plan to supply session materials directly to Pre-Conference Workshop Participants.
