On the first Tuesday of December since 2010, Coloradans have come together to support the nonprofits that make a difference in our lives. Colorado Gives Day has grown to be Colorado's largest 24-hour giving event, raising more than $415 million for nonprofits across the state since it began.

ColoradoGives.org is home to Colorado Gives Day, and your one-stop shop for making good happen for our community.

Mountain Family Health Centers is participating in this 24-hours of online giving this year. While every effort is made to register our patients for insurance, Medicaid, or our sliding scale payment plan, we rely on the kindness of people like you to ensure everyone in our community can be seen at our clinics. Over 24,000 people in our region consider Mountain Family their healthcare home and count on us for their medical, behavioral health, dental care, and pharmacy services.
