The Sparkle of the Season

And just like that, it is December! Hanukkah begins next week, our holiday celebrations begin this weekend. Come celebrate the season at Jolly Jingles on Saturday evening at 7pm. A free, family friendly holiday variety show filled with laughter, song, dance and more!

Breakfast with Santa is December 9th and the first seating is already sold out! See below for how to get your tickets for the second seating before they are gone!

As we enter the darkest time of the year, may we hang our lights, share our bounty and enjoy the sparkle of the season together.

Have a wonderful holiday weekend!
Holiday Bingo Bunch

The seniors gathered for a holiday pot luck this week - it was so wonderful to see such a huge turn out! Everyone said it was because there was free food and I'm sure that had something to do with it but it is also because this group has been thriving for over a year now and it means so much to have the community and the connection every Wednesday in our beautiful Community Center. A HUGE thank you to Jack, Edwina and Steve who plan, cook, serve, call the numbers and work behind the scenes to make bingo happen every week!
Kay Park Closed - December 7th

We will be closing Kay Park on Thursday, December 7th, to do tree work that could be hazardous to bystanders.

Thank you for your understanding.

Bike Safety in Tam Valley

We are sad to report that there was an accident involving a young person biking to school recently. We all want Tam Valley to be a safe place to walk and bike. A group of parents have gathered to form Tam Valley Safe Streets. If you are interested in learning more about their efforts to engage the County of Marin and other agencies to improv traffic safety, click here.
Southern Marin Fire Updates

As we celebrate the season, SMFD wants to keep us safe and also share the bounty. Cllick on the links below for more information about the LRAD testing this month, holiday safety tips and the toy drive.
