Data Reporting:
Inzata has informed HCPF that they are correcting the error emails that are going to the hospitals due to multiple emails being sent out which are causing confusion. Inzata will be changing their coding so only one email is sent to each hospital for each data template submittal. Also, Inzata is looking at their internal coding to ensure max submission with minimal errors in their system. Their targeted date for the system update is Wednesday, Sept. 20. Once this is completed, Inzata will rerun all the hospital's data submissions. If there are still errors in your data submissions, your facility will receive one email containing all the errors with details.
As a reminder, The Data Dictionary (HDC Hospital Data Template - Required and Optional Elements) that is posted on the HDC website under the Data Reporting section may be helpful with your submission and any errors you are notified about from Inzata.
