Monday - Friday 5:30 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Family/Open swim begins at 10 am on weekdays
& 12 pm on Saturday & Sunday

50+ ACTIVITIES
Montrose 50+ Program

Tai Chi for Heath & Energy
Tai Chi uses slow, controlled movements, weight transference, mental resistance and quietness of mind to bring ease to the body. This is a Sun Style based Tai Chi class which incorporates Qi Gong. Novice to advanced are welcome.
Day: Every Monday
Time: 10:00 – 10:30 am
Fee: Donation paid to instructor
Location: Senior Center 1800 Pavilion Drive
Instructor: Jan Graves, Certified Instructor through Tai Chi for Health and Exercise

Stronger Senior’s Core Fitness Chair Exercise
Provides variety in your fitness plan with routines for flexibility, strength, aerobics, cardio, balance and core. This is a self-led, DVD with a volunteer who sets up.
Days: Mon, Wed, and Fri Time: 9:00 – 9:45
Location: Senior Center Fee: Free

Open Line Dancing
Learn how to perform line dance steps and receive dance description with counts and formation.
Day: Every Monday Time: 3:45 – 4:45 (beginners); 4:45 – 5:45 (improvers)
Location: Senior Center Fee: $2 donation to instructor

Jam Session / Sing Along
Join us if you play an acoustic instrument and / or sing! Each person gets a turn to pick and lead a song while others play along. Spectators who enjoy listening to music are encouraged to attend. Questions? Call Cindy at 970-252-4884.

Black Canyon Woodcarvers Group
Join our informal group and hand-carve a variety of items (Animals, caricatures, toys, etc.) Learn techniques from each other. Bring your own supplies. Call Janet at 970-323-5860 for more information. 

Games
We are trying to get a group together to play Hand & Foot on Thursdays at 1:00 pm and Pinochle on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 1:00 pm. Call Cindy if you would like to play. 970-252-4884.
