Tools to Better Engage Eligible Members in California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM)

Explore best practices in implementing ECM and Community Supports in the latest installment of the biannual PATH CPI webinar series. This session aims to enhance providers' participation in CalAIM and foster collaboration with Medi-Cal MCPs, state and local government agencies, and more, to deliver quality services to Medi-Cal members. Guest presenters from BluePath Health and HC2 Strategies will share their insights.

Get involved with local providers and stakeholder shaping county and regional activities through the Collaborative Planning and Implementation meeting. Focus areas include identifying Community Supports needs and gaps, resolving implementation issues, monitoring the use of PATH funds, and sharing best practices to enhance service delivery.

You're invited to join CalAIM providers from throughout the state at the monthly CalAIM Provider Forum from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. The CalAIM Provider Forum is designed to give current and prospective providers of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports services the opportunity to share knowledge, ask questions, and collaboratively problem solve.

These services can be covered through the Community Health Worker (CHW) Services Benefit and are key in supporting CalAIM initiatives! 

Free trainings for frontline health and community workers are available to you through Caring California, covering topics such as Medicaid billing for CHWs, partnering with Health Plans, and more.
