NCT9-1-1 awarded two Cleburne dispatchers its Supervisor of the Year recognition for their efforts in 2020.
Lead Telecommunicator Holly Bicknell and Lead Telecommunicator Valerie Hughes recently received the honor. This is the first award given to the Cleburne Police Department Telecommunications Unit since 2010.
"Holly’s and Val’s hard work and dedication were such that they were chosen to be honored regionally, Chief Rob Severance said. "We are glad to have them here on our team."
Our 911 service is provided by NCT9-1-1, which serves 13 counties across 156 municipalities, totaling over 1 million people. This includes over 600 telecommunicators across 10,000 miles.
