Cleburne dispatchers receive regional Supervisor of the Year awards
NCT9-1-1 awarded two Cleburne dispatchers its Supervisor of the Year recognition for their efforts in 2020.

Lead Telecommunicator Holly Bicknell and Lead Telecommunicator Valerie Hughes recently received the honor. This is the first award given to the Cleburne Police Department Telecommunications Unit since 2010.

"Holly’s and Val’s hard work and dedication were such that they were chosen to be honored regionally, Chief Rob Severance said. "We are glad to have them here on our team."

Our 911 service is provided by NCT9-1-1, which serves 13 counties across 156 municipalities, totaling over 1 million people. This includes over 600 telecommunicators across 10,000 miles.

Meet the Pet of the Week
Meet Kaiser! This adorable guy is a 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix. Kaiser loves adults and is ready for a new home. However, he absolutely hates being groomed and well, he needs to be groomed. He would do best in a home with someone mature who will pamper him and doesn’t mind taking him to a groomer. This pup will make an excellent companion for someone who is willing to be patient and kind to him.
