A Month of Unity, Growth, and Giving Back

November was a busy month with Holiday Preparations, the Thanksgiving Season, Native American Heritage Month, Community Outreach, and education sessions almost every day of the month.

The Committee Volunteer Roster was released and can be viewed on our website at any time by clicking above. The Board of Directors approved the roster at their meeting

on November 9th. Thank you to every volunteer who is willing to dedicate their time going into the coming year.

Continuing Education:

Mid-November marked an exciting continuation of our commitment to provide CE for our members. Seasoned members joined forces with enthusiastic teachers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within our association. With a total of 35 hours offered throughout the month 8 classes were available. These classes promise to be a catalyst for personal and professional development.

Community Outreach Initiatives:

As part of our commitment to social responsibility, we engaged in several community outreach initiatives including Urban Ministry (seen in the picture above), Alms House, Toys for Tots, and Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army. Members volunteered at local shelters, organized food drives, and participated in educational programs, embodying our dedication to making a positive impact beyond the realms of real estate.

Holiday Gala Preparations:

November was abuzz with preparations for our upcoming Holiday Gala on December 7th. The team worked tirelessly to create a magical evening, from coordinating the venue at the Highland Country Club to finalizing the guest list and ensuring every detail contributes to a night of joy and celebration. We can't wait to see you there!

NCREC on Property Management:

Capping off the month, our Education Committee hosted a Nuts & Bolts session dedicated to Property Management Tips and Tricks. You can watch it now or anytime by clicking here. The slides from the presentation are also provided on our website.
