Updated Moving Timeline for EGC, Acoma Campus and 780 Grant
Dear Central-Support Team Members,

The Office of Operations continues to assess seating needs and assignments for team members located at the Emily Griffith Campus, Acoma Campus and 780 Grant. Given that there have been some moves that require more time and planning, seat moves are now expected to take place Aug. 8-12. Please note that these moves do not apply to everyone. Team members will receive information about their seat assignments from their managers the week of July 25. Boxes will be available that same week at each of our three administrative buildings for team members to begin packing up their workstation/office in preparation for the move.

As a reminder, if you are a team member who will be moving, you will need to move your own personal items (such as plants and photos). If you are notified that you will be moving and will be away from the office during the Aug. 8-12 move window, please identify a move buddy on your team or consider taking your personal items home with you when you leave for your time off. As we begin preparing for moves, we encourage all team members to begin decluttering and purge recyclable materials from your workstations/offices that are no longer needed. Extra recycle bins are already in place at EGC. The Acoma Campus and 780 Grant will use the recycling bins already housed in those locations.

I know many are eager to know if their seat assignments will be changing and I appreciate your patience during this move. Please continue to reach out to your leadership team if you have questions or concerns. If you have additional questions, please share them here and we will update this FAQ with answers to your questions.

For more information and moving resources such as box labels, workstation/office name tags and tech recycling, visit The Commons.

Sincerely,

Jim Carpenter, Deputy Superintendent of Operations
