Dear Incoming 6th Grade Families,

Thank you for joining us on this "Journey to Knighthood" as we 

prepare for 6th grade at Trivium Prep. Today, you'll hear from a Trivium Prep middle school scholar who shares her perspective on the 6th grade experience. Please share this video with your student!

Additionally, don't forget to order your P.E. Uniform by Sunday, June 16 for guaranteed sizes/quantities. After this date, quantities will be limited to available sizes on a first come, first serve basis.

Ordering Now Open for 6th Grade P.E. Uniforms!

Each 6th grade student is required to have a Trivium Prep PE bag, shirt, and shorts. One set of shorts and shirt is sufficient for weekly use. The PE bag is also required for the class and is used to carry PE uniforms to and from class.

The cost for one set of the uniform, including the bag is $30. Additional uniforms may be purchased. All pre-ordered uniforms and bags will be shipped directly to the school and handed out to students during the first week of class.



To ensure your uniform is ready for the first week of class, please order by June 16.

Summer Reminders:

• Purchase Consumable Books and Supplies - Don't forget to take advantage of the Barnes & Noble Book Fair from June 2-8 (online through June 13 using Book Fair ID 12762753) to purchase consumable books for 6th grade. Visit the Book & Supply Lists page on our website for more details.
• Purchase Uniforms - Visit our website for more details. The PSO Uniform Exchange will be held Saturday, July 20. Check the Friday Flash for details.
• Order P.E. Uniforms - Visit our online store. If quantities are sold out, look for a restock later this summer.

Save the Date for these Upcoming Events

Student Orientation - Tuesday, August 6

Mark your calendar for 6th Grade Student Orientation on Tuesday, August 6 from 7:50-10:55 AM. This day is set aside for students to tour the campus and follow their class schedule, as we get ready for the start of school. Students arrive in uniform and typically meet in the gym for words of welcome. Students will then pick up their class schedules and locker assignments. Students walk through their class schedule change (5 minutes per class) to meet their teachers. Student mentors will be on-hand to guide our 6th grade students. Orientation is for students only. More details to follow.

New Parent Orientation - Monday, August 5, 6 PM



New Parent Orientation will take place on the evening of Monday, August 5. This is an opportunity for parents to learn more about the transition to Trivium Prep and ask questions. More details to follow.

Trivium Athletics Summer Camps

Summer Basketball Camp

Bring your scholar to our four-day camp to learn the fundamentals of basketball, have some competitions and play games. 

Dates: June 10-13

Who: Scholars entering Grades 6-8

Time: 10am -12pm

Cost:  $125 

Summer Volleyball Camp

Your scholar can come to our four day camp to focus on the fundamentals of volleyball, learn teamwork and have competitions together.

Dates: June 17-20

Who: Scholars entering Grades 4-6

Time: 10am -12pm

Calling all athletes that want a chance to learn good football fundamentals and increase your skill in playing football to our Trivium Prep Football Clinic. All students from 3rd grade to 8th grade are invited to attend. They will be taught by our Trivium Prep Coaches and Football Players.

"Prep for Prep" Optional Summer Enrichment Course - July 18-19

This summer, we are offering an optional two-day enrichment course to help scholars prepare for sixth grade. The course, called "Prep for Prep" will be taught by Trivium faculty and is offered in a morning or afternoon session. Scholars will feel more confident and ready for the first day of 6th grade by learning valuable skills and becoming more familiar with the campus, as well as making friends before the first day of school. 

Included in the two-day course: 

• team building games
• locker and class transition practice
• finding 6th grade classrooms
• study skills
• coping with anxiety
• building friendships
• learning problem-solving skills
