Conference Update
We are very excited to host you for conferences on October 11 and 13 from 8:00-9:00 am and 4:30-8:00 pm.

Morning Conferences (8:00-9:00 am) will be available via Zoom, using Pick-A-Time, our online scheduler. Evening Conferences (4:30-8:00 pm) will be arena style with an open house format. Families are able to arrive at CMS anytime during the in-person conferencing time frame. Teachers will be set up in the East Gym, cafeteria, and 800 classroom wing. Maps will be provided.
Please watch for a communication on Monday, October 3 with instructions for accessing the Pick-A-time website.

To prepare for conferences, please review student progress and information in the Campus portal. Please have your questions prepared in advance. Remember, each conference should only last 6 minutes. Teachers will be sticking tightly to these times so we can accommodate all families. It is our hope that your student will also join the conferences.

Prior to conferences, you are also welcome to visit our CMS website to view videos created by each of our teachers. These videos showcase what students will be learning this year and can be accessed whenever it is convenient for you.
If you are unable make it to our conferences, please reach out to your student's teachers.
PTO Information
PTO Meet and Greet
Attend this event to meet and socialize with CMS parents/guardians, teachers, community members. Anyone who has an interest in PTO is welcome to attend. This event will take place in the CMS PAC Community Room on Friday, September 30 from 8:30-9:00. Please enter the building through Door 1.

PTO Meeting
The first PTO meeting or 22-23 will take place in the CMS PAC Community Room on Thursday, October 6 from 6:30-7:30. The following agenda items will be discussed.
-Welcome & PTO Overview
- Updates from School
- PTO Business (Budget overview)
- PTO Volunteer Needs
-Vote to approve new board members

It is that time of year again to show our amazing CMS teachers and staff how much we appreciate them! We will be providing a dinner, snacks, and beverages during fall conferences, and we need your donations to make it happen!
