January is the month of the Holy Name of Jesus.
O God, Who appointed Thine only-begotten Son to be the Savior of mankind and commanded His Name be called Jesus; mercifully grant that we may enjoy the vision of Him in Heaven, Whose Holy Name we venerate on earth. Through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.
Our Lady of Mercy and St. Joseph pray for us.

Dress Code for Sadie Hawkins Dance:
We look forward to the Sadie Hawkins Dance February 4! With a goal for all students to have fun, while being safe and comfortable, please remember that attire for the Sadie Hawkins Dance needs to be appropriate for a Catholic high school dance.
-
Men: Men are expected to be neat, clean, and properly groomed wearing semi-formal attire that includes either a suit and tie or a sport coat with slacks and a tie (optional).
-
Women: Dresses that are overly revealing are not acceptable. Necklines of a dress must be modest and appropriate. Dresses and skirts must be at least fingertip length or longer, and slits should be no higher than fingertip length.
Our goal is to provide an experience that honors and upholds the God-given dignity of our students and guests. If a student’s attire does not meet these standards, they may be asked to go home and change before being allowed to enter the event. School Administration has the final judgment in determining compliance with the Dress Code. Students are asked to err on the side of modesty. If a student is bringing a guest, it is his/her responsibility to make sure the guest meets the standards of this dress code.
