WHAT'S HAPPENING IN STERLING RANCH

STERLING RANCH 311

As of Wednesday, Sterling Ranch residents can report questions, comments, or concerns using their web browsers or mobile devices directly to the CAB Staff. SeeClickFix is a one-stop tool where users can take a photo or video of a problem, geo-locate it, and hit submit.

This is a fantastic reporting platform used by many cities across the country. It is a faster and more convenient way to submit service requests, and it also allows the user to follow the progress of their request, as well as the progress of other issues reported around the community.

How to use SeeClickFix

Residents can directly report or request services on the Sterling Ranch CAB Submit Your Feedback webpage or by following the QR code below.

To report an issue or express a concern, go to “New Request,” snap a photo of the problem, choose the title issue, and when necessary, add a description. SeeClickFix will automatically recognize your location and include this with your service request.

Best Practices:

  1. Avoid submitting requests anonymously. If we need more information, we cannot contact you if it is an anonymous submission.
  2. Report as much detail as possible, including pictures.
  3. If you see a submission on there regarding your concern, please do not duplicate it.

The Sterling Ranch CAB Staff do not monitor SeeClickFix 24/7. If you are experiencing a service emergency, please use the emergency line at 720-661-9694 and press 2. For all life-threatening emergencies, please continue to use 911.

The SeeClickFix mobile app, Sterling Ranch 311, will be available for download soon.

WATER UPDATE

Sterling Ranch CAB has been made aware of the recent concerns regarding water discoloration. This is a naturally occurring dissolved mineral in the water, manganese, that settles in the pipelines during winter when water usage is low. If the discoloration in your home is offensive, the best way to resolve the concern is to run water through the bathtub until the discoloration is gone. For more information, please click below to see the Discolored Water FAQs.

If you have concerns, please submit a request through Sterling Ranch 311.

HOLIDAY LIGHTS

As January comes to an end, we would like to remind homeowners that all holiday decorations and lights are to be removed from their homes. With our recent cold temperatures, the staff understands if it takes some extra time to have these items removed. However, courtesy notices will be sent starting the week of February 6th. If holiday lights are still on the home, please do not have them illuminated.

If you have any questions, please contact staff at residentsubmit@sterlingranch.com.
