Opening the “black box” of organizational coaching for implementation

"This is a randomized design with 70 plus community treatment providers from Ohio, Florida, and Wisconsin, over a 5 year period, looking at the impact of coaching on MOUD implementation and expansion. Coaching and technical assistance resulted in significantly faster implementation and increasing over all capacity compared to no coaching or technical assistance."    -Eric Haram, Haram Consulting, LLC.
