Each month we thank an individual, business and/or organization who supports our efforts, this month we would like to extend an extra thank you to
Barbell 88!
We choose Barbell 88 this month to recognize, due to our community relationship with them which is relatively new but has really flourished over the last two years. Andre, Zack, and their team have gone above and beyond to show their support for the Milford Youth Center in multiple different ways! For the first time last year, they held a large toy drive at their gym to help our Youth Center families. This year, they expanded the event, with numerous additional partners and held a Cars & Coffee event, alongside the toy drive, allowing them to surpass last year’s collection, raising an estimated $20,000 worth of gifts this year alone!
In addition, this past Thanksgiving, Barbell 88 not only donated $1,000 to our event which helped serve over 130 youth, but they also came to the event to volunteer their time, help serve at the drink station and handed out some fun Barbell88 merchandise! We are so humbled by their efforts and we look forward to a successful, ongoing partnership! Thank you!
