The YAB attended the YAB meeting and is currently working on the following:
- Subrecipient Agreements with YHDP awardees - Start date on programs 1/1/24
Implementation planning on:
- Sub agreements are being reviewed, some completed, and some awaiting signatures
- Reviewing YAB budget and overall YAB sustainability, including parameters for membership and creating a new structure for YAB membership and roles.
- Welcomed some new YAB members
- Reviewed Occupancy Agreements and Policies
- Continued to work with;
- TA to establish a start-up training institute for new YHDP projects
- TA to develop an ongoing training and CQI plan
- HMIS to get projects set up including required and recommended data elements
