South Logan Stakeholders,

The Plan Commission hosted a public hearing for the Final Draft South Logan TOD Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement on Wednesday, Dec. 13. Upon public testimony and deliberation, the Plan Commission voted 6-2 to recommend approval for City Council, with amendments. The hearing can be viewed below:

The proposal will be considered by City Council in early 2024. The Council will also host a public hearing for further public testimony (date TBD). Once adopted, the next phase will carry out code updates, design standards, and zoning changes.

Thank you for your participation and engagement over the past 18 months, and we hope that continues in the near future as we move through the next steps.
