Get involved with
County Government!
The best way to stay informed is to get involved! There are several County boards and commissions that currently need additional citizen representation:

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) advises on appeals for zoning ordinance variances, questions regarding district boundaries, and any other decision of the zoning administrator or other administrative officers in the administration or enforcement of the zoning ordinance.

The Social Services Advisory Board offers input on all matters pertaining to King William’s public assistance and social services needs.

The VA250 Planning Committee helps the County plan events to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Virginia’s participation in American independence.

Visit the County website for more information and to download a Community Service application.
