The resources in this toolkit are meant to increase public awareness of the risks of Cannabis use, especially for teens and young adults.

July 4th to 10th is National Marijuana Facts Week!

The purpose of this week is to share up-to-date information about Cannabis (also known as Marijuana) and to raise public awareness about the dangers of its usage. This topic has gained significant importance due to the recent legalization of Cannabis in Connecticut, and across the United States. Since legalization, cannabis use has increased, making youth cannabis use prevention efforts more important than ever.

For more information on the rise of usage in Connecticut, please look at this Smart Approaches to Marijuana article.
