Happy New Year!

Each year the NACC asks all members to verify their Member Profile information to ensure that we can communicate with you, provide you access to our rich repository of resources, and keep you connected to the NACC family. Please log into the NACC Member Portal and update your information by January 18.


See below an instructional video for how to access and update your Profile information. If you prefer following written instructions, please find those below the video. If you need assistance, contact Michelle (membership) @ the NACC Office.


How to update your Profile
  • Go to nacc.org.
  • Click on the red Member Profile button on the top right of the screen and log in using your password.
  • Click on Edit this Profile from the red header.
  1. Click on General Information on the left menu to view/updated your address/phone/email. Make changes as appropriate.
  2. Click on Additional Addresses to add/update your home address and your place of work. Use the Type Institution to designate your work address. Use the Type Home to designate your home address.
  3. Click on Update Your Preferences to update your affiliations. Please note the following:
  • NEW!! - Verify/update your Diocese of Ministry. If this has changed, uncheck the old and check the new.
  • If you are not subscribed to any Networking Calls, scroll down to the bottom to choose from the many options available.
  • NEW!! If you are currently a Mentor or interested in mentoring someone who is preparing for Initial Certification, please check the appropriate box under Certification Mentor.
  • Click SAVE Profile to complete the process and submit/save your changes.
