A Message from Your

AMTA-KY Chapter President

Caren G. McCarty, LMT

Join us as AMTA turns 80! Are you ready for the 2023 AMTA-KY Spring Conference? We are really excited to finally host a FULL chapter event once again. Unfortunately, we had a few hiccups with the registration program CVENT this year. After about 4 hours with tech support, the technical issues have been resolved and registration is OPEN. We will not be sending out our brochure in the US mail this year. Please share this wonderful news with your friends and colleagues...Members and Non-members. Check out our AMTA-KY FB page. Help us share this news through social media. We know you will love this year's program.

If you are wondering...I AM BACK! Jeff Butler had to take a personal leave of absence, so I have stepped back into the President seat for a few weeks to help prepare for the 2023 Spring Conference. Don't forget to vote for the next AMTA-KY Chapter President and other elected open positions. For more information...you will find the Call for Candidates article below.

We are also looking for members to help in other open volunteer vacancies so our chapter can continue to grow. You can find the list of volunteer opportunities by going to our AMTA-KY website at ky.amtamassage.org. Click here to see a complete list of our committees and Board positions under Get Involved! We hope that you will join our fabulous team of volunteers that are dedicated to the growth of our KY Chapter. We cannot spell VOL_NTEER without U! We welcome you to join us.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Caren G. McCarty, LMT

AMTA-KY President
