She is clothed in strength and dignity; she can laugh without fear of the future.

Proverbs 31:25

Hello Jo,

I’m excited to share that my website is now available in English and Spanish. Be sure to check out the resource page. I have websites, conferences, books, and podcasts listed. If you have one you would like me to add, please let me know.

Visit the website here.

Starting in January 2023, I will share the history and research in writing my first children’s historical fiction book. It is the first in a series, and it will launch in the spring of 2023. God started me on this journey, and I’m excited to write about it.

Join me as I interview five authors from September 16th to October 5th. Why? I committed to doing them, and I'm having a third surgery on my hand and arm after a fall in 2019.  I will take a few months off from interviews. I hope to do a Christmas book in December. If you have one and would like to do an interview, connect with me.

I'm scheduled for surgery on October 7th, so I'm asking for your prayers.

Join us live on Facebook.

With practical strategies and achievable goals, Honoring God with My Body encourages believers to seek and maintain a healthier lifestyle for a lifetime.

Katherine Pasour’s decades of experience teaching Bible studies and health and physical education have uniquely shaped her approach to wellness. It is her goal to show believers how living a healthy lifestyle is one way to give back to the Father in service to Him.

Honoring God with My Body is her wellness Bible study, in which she links the many dimensions of health—physical, intellectual/mental, emotional, social, vocational, and spiritual. These dimensions are interdependent; each powerfully impacts the other and overall health and well-being. When these aspects of health are in balance and harmony, the human body—which is “fearfully and wonderfully made,” according to Psalm 139:14—can achieve wellness.

Katherinemerges scriptural guidance with her knowledge of healthy lifestyle practices into a nine-week Bible study that provides encouragement for participants as they embark on their journey to wellness. Within Honoring God with My Body, readers will find an introductory week followed by eight weeks of specific focus on various topics. Each section emphasizes the interdependence of health’s different aspects and dimensions in conjunction with God’s great love for His people, explaining how His support and guidance is available to all who seek it.

A prayer labyrinth with four paths.

A path of questioning.

A book full of questions that demand an answer.

AND A LIFE CHANGED FOREVER ...

There are times when knowing God at a deeper level means knowing ourselves better ... and vice versa. But how do we get to the core of who we are? Perhaps by hearing-and answering-the questions God asks.

The Third Path offers 26 of the questions found within God's Holy Word, questions He asked biblical characters He dealt with directly. Questions that demanded answers. These same questions, when answered carefully and thoughtfully, allow us to know ourselves better ... and God better still.

Let's walk.

A University Student Smuggles Children Out of Amsterdam

Full of intrigue, adventure, and romance, this series celebrates the unsung heroes—the heroines of WWII.

Helen Smit believed she was called by God to become a teacher. Little does she know that her care for kids will take a drastic turn for survival when the Germans occupy Amsterdam and Jewish children and parents begin to be deported. Now all she can think of is helping all the kids escape before it's too late.

Visit our Facebook page.

Erik Misman's newfound love for Helen is tested when he joins a plot to help move Jewish children to a safe place in the countryside. If danger can foster a closer bond with Helen and save the lives of the little ones, he will do it all. But a German patrol that stumbles upon the farm where they are hiding with three children, and a soldier who takes an unexpected interest in Helen, could well destroy their plans for safety and love.
