A NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR THE DURHAM FAMILY
In December of 2015, God blessed our congregation when Ryan Durham accepted the position to serve as our Director of Contemporary Worship. Ryan and his family came to our church from Palm City, Florida where he served as the worship leader at New Hope Fellowship Church of the Nazarene. Our worship ministry has grown in many ways under Ryan’s leadership bringing not only amazing quality of music but in leading us into God’s presence in worship. Ryan has accepted the call to return to his home church, where his father serves as the Leader Pastor/Teacher of Palm City New Hope Fellowship. His last Sunday with us will be Sunday, September 25. As Ryan has said, “the main reason for this move is twofold. My wife and I both believe God is calling us to New Hope and we also believe it is time for our kids to once again be surrounded by extended family.” Without a doubt, we will all greatly miss Ryan, Colleen, Kaia, and Ian, and their ministry here at Killearn. We encourage all of
us to send off the Durham family with gifts, cards, and letters to show our appreciation for the amazing blessing they have been to our church family these almost seven years.

THE MEANS OF GRACE - TRADITIONAL PRACTICE IN TODAY’S WORLD
October 2 - October 30 (5 Weeks) | Epworth Conference Room | 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM | The Bible tells us that Jesus’ followers are called disciples. If we want to be counted among those followers, then doesn’t it make sense that we figure out just what being a disciple looks like in everyday life? In The Means of Grace, Andrew C. Thompson presents a clear and accessible explanation of the core tenets John Wesley instilled in the early Methodist movement - baptism, searching the Scriptures, prayer, the Lord’s Supper, fasting, fellowship, accountability, works of mercy, and exercising the presence of God. Each means of grace is drawn from biblical examples and paired with a framework to offer a real, practical model for a life marked by holy love and holy transformation. We will cover 10 sessions over the span of 5 weeks. For more information, contact Sheri Dodge at 850- 893-1116 or email Sheri.
ENNEAGRAM CLASS
Sunday, October 16 | Epworth Conference Room | 6 - 8 PM | The Enneagram is a
personality assessment that offers in-depth insight and gives us the opportunity to gain self-awareness and uncovers patterns of behavior that consciously and sub-consciously drive and motivate us to act in certain ways. Join us for this one-night event with Christina Stanton. The attendees of this basic Enneagram class will take a 15-minute test at home prior to the class and send the results to Christina. During the class, we will assess our Enneagram personalities corporately and individually, which will shed light on the way our unique lens relates to others and our surroundings. We will compare and contrast our findings with Biblical truths, teaching us how to bear each other's burdens more effectively and lovingly, as well as strengthening our selves as children of God.
