Side 1: What's New

Reports


  • An issue with the export of memberships with questions or custom forms including commas has been fixed.


Accounts


  • Clarified UPS validation page text on public side for residency verification, not using Address Look-up.
  • We issued a fix for preventing public side unapproved members and accounts from placing facility requests and purchasing POS items from the store.
  • Payer members cannot submit a facility reservation request from the public side.
  • Clicking a shared member name on the Account Details Main page now brings the user to the member's profile in the shared by account.
  • The time box on the Account Communications page is now titled "Time" for clarification.


Activities


  • The View Details page of Advanced Activities on the public is no longer visible if Show Seat Counts is off for a program.


Facilities


  • An issue where information on facility areas was not saving has been fixed.
  • A fix for Facility Area Edit Location saving information to the area has been issued.


Email & Text Blasts


  • Updates to the Email Blast by Reservation include a date range and an Exclude Canceled Reservation Dates checkbox.
  • Accounts that contain a shared member now receive text blasts for items in which the shared member is registered. This was already true in email blasts.
  • When creating an email blast By Activity or Advanced Activity, the page no longer refreshes after selecting an item to include in the email blast. This was already true for other email blasts.
  • A fix was issued to keep the user in the same spot after selecting an activity on the email blast by activity list.
  • We replaced the directions to text roster members from the public side with correct steps.


Memberships



Checkout


  • Global disclaimers emailed from checkout reflect the most current version.
  • RPP and subscription items are once again populating required questions, dynamic forms and disclaimers at checkout.
  • A issue where balances that are part of a subscription or payment plan were counted against a global max balance, unless the subscription or payment plan is discontinued has been fixed.
  • During management checkout of subscription and payment plan items, questions, dynamic forms and custom disclaimers were not populating, and has been fixed.


Misc


  • Instructions for formatting pictures before uploading have been added to the photo pool and photo gallery.
  • A space before the email address on the public Contact Us page has been removed, allowing for copying and pasting of the email address.
  • A fix to global disclaimers being signed through email was not the same version as the current version in settings.
  • The Analytics v4 Code field has been moved to Department Settings from Advanced Settings. Departments will now be in control of their analytics. Guide in the KB.

Standard activities, advanced activities, and memberships now list payment plans as a registration payment option with the ability to seamlessly make additional payments and the potential to require deposits.
