BHA's Association Center
Flooding Update
On Friday morning, staff found excessive water standing on the ground floor of the Association Center. Thankfully, with a fairly quick discovery, immediate recovery efforts began. While deconstruction and renovations continue, we urge members to stay away for safety concerns. The cause of the flooding is being determined, and BHA is working with its insurance carrier in handling these unexpected expenses.
Note that all events previously scheduled to be held in the Association Center are in the process of being temporarily housed elsewhere on BHI, with the gracious assistance of our Island partners. For the most updated information regarding event locations, check BHA's online calendar HERE.
We appreciate your patience as we continue moving through the demolition and renovation process. It is our goal at this time to complete the renovations by the end of this year. BHA will send additional updates when available.
