We are excited to announce that our final in-person COSA meeting of the year is scheduled for May 14th from 10am to 11:30am. Mark your calendars and join us for an engaging session where we will have the opportunity to hear from a panel of local nonprofit leaders. They will be sharing their insights on the challenges and successes they have experienced while navigating the evolving landscape of human services over the past few years. This promises to be a valuable and enlightening discussion that you won't want to miss. See you there!

People's Town Hall on June 10th


Join Senator Jo Comerford for a People’s Town Hall — an in-person gathering at Greenfield Community College, beginning at 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on June 10. There will be timely updates, plus a look at what’s ahead. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and offer feedback. Please register to suggest topics.

Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity


Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity is running an Affinity Group Survey. For years they have offered Women Build Days on the construction sites. They're wondering if there's community interest in other affinity group build days. Your responses can help tailor future initiatives.

TIHC Film Series: Portraits of CAREgivers


Trauma Informed Hampshire County presents a documentary film that takes you on a journey with interviews featuring nurses, social workers, doctors, and first responders who resuce, assist, and help to heal the injured and traumatized. How do they cope with the emotional costs of their work. Showing May 20 at the Munson Library.

Three County CoC Forum on June 17


The Three County Continuum of Care asks you to Save the Date for their upcoming in-person June forum. Join them for an insightful panel discussion as they review crucial topics of racial equity, diversity, and inclusion within the Three County area. Coming up on June 17 at 8:30am at GCC.

Immigrant Voices 2024


Immigrant Voices: A Celebration of the Arts, the Center for New Americans artistic showcase, features immigrant students, alumni, and allies. This year the showcase will be held at the Shea Theater in Turners Falls. It features performers from Haiti, Ukraine, Belarus, Zimbabwe, Columbia, and other nations. Event is May 19 at 7pm.

Network to End Homelessness Annual Event


Join the Western Massachusetts Network to End Homelessness at their 8th Annual Regional Gathering of state legislators, local officials, and partners from across our four western counties. Please mark your calendar for May 31st from 10am-11:30am at Holyoke Community College.
