Waterville UMC is having a canned food drive starting next week (11/13)

Bring in your canned goods to show your support for your team! All donations will benefit the AW Food Pantries.

Canned Goods must be brought in by Sunday, November 19th. Please make sure they are not expired.

REMINDER: Please bring your 2024 Stewardship Commitment Card to worship service on November 19th, Commitment Sunday. We will present them and dedicate them to God for His work during worship. For those not able to be with us, your cards may be returned to the church office in person, by US Mail, or placed in the offering at a later date.

Volunteer Bell Ringers Needed!

Ring a bell......help change a life!

It is time again for our annual participation in the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Bell Ringing! This year we will be ringing on Saturday, December 2nd at the Waterville Kroger location.

Times are one-hour slots (though you may take two) running from 10:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Grab a buddy (always more fun that way!) and sign up for a time that works for you.

Bells, kettle, aprons, and sign are provided. Dress warmly as you will be standing in the Kroger Lobby.

There is a sign-up sheet on the Welcome Table in the Gathering Space.

Support for Widows and Widowers

This group is where you can share your experiences with others who have gone through similar loss. Discussions will include dealing with grief issues, learning new coping skills, and searching for answers together.

There is no cost and no need to register.

Every second and fourth Friday of the month at 10:00am in the choir room at Waterville UMC.
