Healthy@Harris Rewards Program Requirements
March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025
Eligibility: All active employees and spouses on a Harris Health medical plan
Deadline: February 28, 2025
Requirements:
Step 1: Complete an Annual Physical with Lab Values (250 Wellness Points)
Step 3: Earn at least 500 additional Wellness Points through programs and activities (1,000 Wellness Points in total)
Rewards:
- Medical plan participants will earn a $100 per month discount on the cost of their medical premiums effective October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
- If you have a covered spouse on the Harris Health Medical Plan, both you and your spouse must each complete the program to be eligible for the $100 per month in premium rewards. If only one person completes the program, then the premium reward will be $50 per month.
- If you’re not enrolled on our medical plans, and you’re a full-time or part-time employee, you earn a $25 Amazon eGift Card!
*Please note: New hires and newly benefited employees from December 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025, do not need to meet the February 28, 2025 deadline. Instead, they will begin at the start of the new program year on March 1, 2025.

To be eligible for an Amazon e-gift card for the Rewards Program (March 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025), you must:
- Complete an Annual Physical with Lab Values (250 Wellness Points)

Complete the MyCigna online health assessment on www.MyCigna.com (250 Wellness Points)
- Earn an individual total of at least 3,000 Wellness Points
Gift cards are distributed at the end of each month, and all requirements must be listed as completed in your MyCigna account at the time of distribution. Once you become eligible for a gift card, you will receive an email notification from Employee Wellness. The e-gift card(s) are sent from no-reply@hawkmarketplace.com.

2024 Poker Walks
Join us as we celebrate Employee Health & Fitness Month for our annual Healthy@Harris Poker Walks! These walks will be held throughout the months of April and May across the system.
Each location will have a specific walking route which will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. As you walk along the route, you will collect a playing card at each stop. At the end of the walk, the participants with the best poker hands at each location will receive a prize!

Complete the activity by May 31, 2024, to receive 5 Wellness Points on MyCigna.com. Wellness points will be entered after the activity closes at the end of the month, and you should expect to see it on MyCigna in the following month. It will reflect the date that you completed the activity.

Recreational Sports League
|
Interested in playing? Please check the Employee Wellness Recreational Sports Calendar for information.
Employee Wellness offers a variety of recreational sports teams. Sports leagues are free to employees, spouses, and children 18 years and older. All of our sports leagues are organized and run by our vendor partner, Sports Monkey.
All participants, including spouses and dependents, are REQUIRED to have a signed liability waiver from the current calendar year on file with Employee Wellness before participating in any sports league. Please note since the recreational sports begin in 2024, all participants will need to have a liability waiver completed on or after 1/1/24.
Employees and spouses who participate in sports leagues will receive 20 Wellness Points per game they attend on www.mycigna.com. To receive 20 Wellness Points for attending each game, your team captain must submit their attendance forms promptly.

Fournace Fitness Center
The fitness center in the 4800 Fournace Place basement is free to all employees! Increasing access to the gym facility allows Harris Health System to continue promoting a healthy work environment, healthy employees and healthy families.

- The Fournace Fitness center is available only to Harris Health Employees. Due to the limited space spouses and retirees are not permitted to use the facility.
