CFLA Seeking Input on Cataloguing

Code of Ethics

Engage in a national consultation process with library practitioners across the country, learn more about the Cataloguing Code of Ethics, and participate in a survey prepared by the CFLA-FCAB Cataloguing Code of Ethics Review Working Group (CCERWG) to inform CFLA-FCAB’s decision regarding potential endorsement of the Code.


Virtual Events


The Cataloguing Code of Ethics Review Working Group of the CFLA-FCAB is hosting two virtual presentations (one in English and one in French) on July 19, 2023, to facilitate discussion around, and solicit nationwide feedback on, the Cataloguing Code of Ethics.

Survey


You are invited to participate in a Canada-wide survey of library and information professionals regarding the Cataloguing Code of Ethics. The survey is open to all those in the library and information sector in Canada, regardless of level of education, job title, or affiliation. The survey closes at midnight on July 31, 2023.
