During the BOMA “Bridging the Generational Gap” workshop, attendees were equipped with practical tools and insights aimed at understanding the importance of effective communications across generations in the workplace as well as in their personal lives.

We discussed the origins of generational differences, identified strengths and commonalities that influence ease in collaborations, and developed effective negotiation techniques to curate cohesive environments.

It was truly rewarding to witness participants engage with the exercises and walk away with powerful takeaways.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the BOMA team for inviting me to lead these important conversations.
