CADRE Learning Series: Case Study Design Research

CADRE is hosting a free, two-part learning series on designing case study research.


In the first webinar on September 12, panelists will address the questions: How do you situate your case study research to explain the phenomena you are studying at different phases of your work? What are some core strategies you might share? During the second webinar on October 24, attendees will discuss topics, questions, and issues raised during the first webinar in small groups.

Spotlight on Exploratory Research

The National Science Foundation (NSF)'s DRK-12 program invites proposals for six project types: (1) Exploratory, (2) Design and Development, (3) Impact, (4) Implementation and Improvement, (5) Syntheses, and (6) Conferences. A recent CADRE Spotlight highlights NSF projects funded to conduct exploratory research, which establishes the basis and development of an intervention.
