Maintaining Compliance with DOH and CHFA: Scenarios and Q&A, Online Workshop │ March 5, 2025

In this workshop, Division of Housing (DOH) and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) provide guidance regarding DOH funds and CHFA Housing Tax Credit layered compliance. Participants also work through several household income scenarios, rent determination scenarios, and applicable federal and state requirements. As time allows, the workshop will review some of the frequently asked questions and best practices on how to comply with DOH and CHFA compliance requirements.

Motivational Interviewing: Working with Triggers │ March 6, 2025

This Motivational Interviewing session offers the opportunity to apply key healing-informed care principles to client scenarios. Participants will better understand the ways stress or trauma might impact clients, and plan how they may apply concepts and approaches.
