Room Parents, Art Smart & Service Program Volunteer Sign-up
Dear St. Francis Xavier Parents,
As we prepare for in-classroom volunteer opportunities, FSA is seeking volunteers for the following roles: Room Parents, Art Smart Leads & Volunteers and Service Program Volunteers. Volunteer positions like Room Parent and Art Smart Grade Level Leads are mostly administrative and are great for someone who may be looking for a volunteer job that can be done according to their own schedule! A summary of the help needed and corresponding grade levels is included at the bottom of this email.
If you are interested in helping out throughout the year in any of these capacities, please sign up at: https://signup.com/go/JEnvjbp. This sign up will close on Friday, September 9th at 5pm.
The sign-up for date specific in-person volunteer opportunities like parties and field trips will be sent mid- to late September. Please stay tuned!

Please Note: Any parent wishing to volunteer in the classroom must have records of completion Protecting God’s Children Training (VIRTUS) and the Online Illinois Mandated Reporter Training on file with the school office (Please contact Peggy Evans at [email protected] with questions).**
Please note that there will be an orientation meeting for Room Parents, Art Smart Leads and Service Program Leads after school on Wednesday, September 14.
