HOW LONG CAN YOU TAKE IT? Dr. Rosemary DePasque D.C., of Belleair Bluffs Chiropractic, gave a great presentation on “tech neck” at a recent Chamber Leads Team meeting at Village Inn. The group was asked to hold a fork with arm outstretched to see how long they could last. Just over 10 minutes was the record. Tech neck refers to stressing muscles while using phones, tablets, and computers, resulting in neck and shoulder pain, stiffness, and soreness. And as you can guess, it’s a problem that’s getting worse.
