Attention Dulles Farms Residents,
Dominion Paving & Sealing Inc. has been hired to perform work within your community's private roads (Townhome and Condo roads). Please see below for the upcoming schedule. This project will renew the life of your asphalt surfaces as well as improve safety and aesthetics in your community. We ask for your patience and understanding while we work in your neighborhood. Things to Remember
Parking – All vehicles must be out of the affected parking areas/streets by 7:00 AM on days when Sealcoat work is scheduled. Any vehicles not moved by 7:00 AM will be towed to the nearest community clubhouse parking lot at the expense of the vehicle owner. All vehicles parked in private driveways/garages must remain in driveway/garage while the streets are closed.
Vehicular Traffic – No traffic will be allowed on the parking lots and roadways during the time your section is closed for sealcoating. Please abide by all barricades and signs; they are for your safety!
Pedestrians/Pets – Please stay off the asphalt while the section is closed for sealcoating. Walking through seal coat will result in tracking of the product onto concrete sidewalks and even into your homes. This is costly to clean and is not the responsibility of Dominion Paving & Sealing or the Community Management.
Weather – All dates are weather dependent. In the event of rain, we will be forced to cancel the project for that day. If your section is canceled due to weather, the schedule will proceed as originally scheduled the following day and the canceled section will be made up at the end of the project; you will be notified as to when your parking lot/street has been rescheduled.
We thank you again for your patience and understanding as we complete this important project in your community.
