Tall Ship, Nao Trinidad Tours
Nov. 9-19, 10-7pm
Somers Cove Marina
The Nao Victoria Foundation, a Spanish non-profit foundation, member of the STA-E (Sail Training Association – Spain), that handles replicas of historical ships that sail around the world as sailing museums in order to promote and educate our maritime heritage will be stopping in Crisfield! One of these ships is the Nao Trinidad, a full-scale sailing replica of Magellan's flagship on his expedition that led to the first circumnavigation of the Earth, considered the greatest maritime achievement and the first confirmation that the world is round. The ship arrives Nov. 6, with tours beginning November 9 and ending November 19. A farewell parade on Nov. 20 at the City Dock is also being planned. Tours are daily 10-7pm. Come out and see a once in a lifetime experience!
Microcontrollers Corbin Workshop (Free to Veterans)

Building Projects with Microcontrollers gives the information, with practice, for individuals to use inexpensive microcontrollers to build useful projects. Participants will learn how to program the easy-to-use, free software, and will be introduced to elementary electronics which will provide a window into electronics and programming.
