We are still buzzing with excitement after kicking off the largest regional tournament of the year last weekend at NC State! The energy was electric as Middle and High School students competed for highly coveted bids to the State Tournament on April 25-26, 2025. We witnessed some truly remarkable builds, devices and code breaking skills that highlighted their hard work and dedication.

Not only did competitors battle it out in the STEM arena, but they also had a fantastic opportunity to explore the beautiful NC State campus. It was a chance for students and families to soak in the environment of innovation and learning!

A huge shoutout goes to Dave Glenn for his incredible job emceeing the Award Ceremony. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of the wonderful coaches, parents, and competitors who made this weekend truly unforgettable. Your support and dedication are what make North Carolina Science Olympiad so special.
