Just a heads up. We have to place our order on Sunday night. The amounts ordered are guesses based on past experience. Each week we get surprised and run out of some items early, and it pains us to have to contact you with the bad news. However, if we know early enough, we can OFTEN (not always) get more product. Placing your order earlier in the week gives us time to react. Thanks so much.

Special catch of the week:
LOUISIANA COOKED CRAWFISH: YIPPEE!!! The prices finally came down.
FRESH, LOCAL, JUMBO SHRIMP: 16-20 count headless and 10-15 count heads-on. We don't get these often so come on out.
WRECKFISH: Unfortunate name. Great fish.
Called wreckfish cause they like to hide in caves and sunken ships; ergo, wreckfish. "Mild and sweet like grouper, with a large, white flake and swordfish-like texture, this fish has enough going for it to vie as your new favorite sea-to-plate fish dish. It is low in fat, high in protein and a good source of good things like selenium and B vitamins. As far as preparation, you can broil it, bake it, grill it, pan-sear it or coat it in breadcrumbs or herbs for something especially savory."
