Greetings!
Welcome to the Oakdale Chamber's electronic edition of the Chamber Corner. One Wednesday a month a full page is dedicated to Chamber business in the Oakdale Leader. We'd like to share this same information with you electronically. This correspondence includes information on the upcoming events, as well as some must-see details on what's happening at the Chamber.
Celebrating a Spectacular Fall Festival
The crisp autumn air and vibrant colors of the season set the perfect backdrop for our recent Fall Festival, and what a celebration it was! With over 45 vendors, an expansive kid’s zone offering a plethora of free activities, and a lively musical lineup, the Fall Festival was an absolute triumph. We want to extend a HUGE thank you to our presenting sponsor Valley First Credit Union!

Vendor Extravaganza
From handcrafted artisan goods to delectable local treats, our diverse array of vendors brought something special to every corner of the festival. Visitors had the opportunity to explore a wide range of offerings, supporting our local downtown businesses and discovering unique treasures along the way.

Kids Zone: A Haven of Fun
Families with young ones were treated to an expanse of joyous activities in the Kids Zone. From face painting to a FREE Bouncy House, the laughter of children filled the air! It was truly heartwarming to see so many smiling faces enjoying the festivities.

Musical Magic
DJ Mello set the early morning tone with infectious beats that got toes tapping and hips swaying. At noon, the grounds echoed with the thundering shots and the spirited showdowns of the Congressional Gunfighters, taking us back in time to the wild west. As the day progressed, we were serenaded by the harmonious tunes of Aidyn Davis & Riley Miller, courtesy of Last Call Brewing Co. Their soulful melodies provided the perfect soundtrack to an unforgettable day.

Heartwarming Adoptions
The Oakdale Animal Shelter brought along four furry friends, all of whom found their forever homes during the festival. Additionally, a few adorable kittens were lucky enough to be adopted into loving families. This heartwarming success underscores the power of community events like these in making a positive impact on the lives of our furry companions.

A Grateful Community
We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who joined us in making this festival a resounding success. Your support is the backbone of our community, and it is through events like these that we can continue to thrive together. We are committed to providing free, family-friendly events that bring us all closer and create cherished memories.

As the leaves begin to fall and winter approaches, let's carry the spirit of the Fall Festival forward. Together, we'll continue to nurture our vibrant downtown, support local businesses, and make our community an even more wonderful place to call home.

Thank you, once again, for being a part of this extraordinary day. We look forward to seeing you at future events and continuing to build a stronger, more connected community.

"A Small Town Christmas" is a collaborative project between several Oakdale non-profit and service organizations who are collectively on mission to bring back the Christmas trees/decorations that lined the pathway of Wood Park in the center of Oakdale each December!!! ✨🌲⛄️🤠⛄️🌲✨

Our bigger goal is to fill Oakdale with Christmas cheer for years to come by raising money to purchase additional decorations that will add to the Christmas spirit throughout the city. ✨😍✨

Families, businesses, schools, and organizations... Here is YOUR CHANCE to help make this happen!! ⛄️✨🌲 You can sponsor a Christmas tree to decorate - OR - sponsor one of the many wooden decorations that will fill the park! We have a variety of options to fit every budget and all sponsors will receive a social media shout out for their support!

Thank you for helping us with this mission! If you're unable to sponsor a decoration, please consider showing your support by sharing this to your feed or story! #asmalltownchristmas
