In case to you missed it....
Do you remember last fall, we made an announcement that we are forming a separate non-profit for our local missions? I know, last fall feels like it was a whole year ago! Here’s a refresher or a recap if you missed it- - last summer, we started the process of developing a brand new non-profit organization with the goal that all the local missions of Church on the Hill will be moved over to the new non-profit. With God’s blessing and a lot of hard work, we are so thrilled to announce that all of our approvals with the IRS and state of Georgia have been granted and The Block Community Outreach, Inc. is officially up, running, and open! 
The motto of The Block is “neighbors serving neighbors through genuine connections.” This is our community where we live, work, and raise our families and this is where we hear God calling us to serve and love. Let’s be good neighbors to the citizens of Buford and Sugar Hill, not by doing for, but being with! 
We invite you to check out our new website at theblockoutreach.org to see all the amazing ways you can get involved. We also invite you to pray over The Block. We welcome prayers as we continue to develop community partnerships, expand our operations, and serve even more than ever before.

Each invitation extended by God is a one-of-a-kind offer. The greatest of hosts is inviting all of us into a bigger story.

Father’s Day
Dads, we need you to know something. You are loved! You build, teach, provide, love, lead, fix and always have the best timing with the perfect Dad joke. You all make an important impact, and we want to honor you!

Sunday, June 19 is your day, so we hope you will join us On The Hill for a special celebration. Shhhhhhh… there might even be Pops (popsicles) for Pops!
Be With God
Summer is a busy time. Between family trips, church activities, sports and camps, it can go by fast. We want to help you make your summer fulfilling in the midst of the busy season. Make connections as a family and take healthy steps toward being with God, even when you are traveling. Visit our free resources that can help you make space and time to connect with God.

SERVE
All families with kids Birth-5th grade are invited to join us on
Wednesday, June 22nd from 5:30-7pm
for a night of food, fun & serving God & our community.
