Office Highlights
In April, our Office had the opportunity to share educational information with six organizations! All were amazing groups including Rotary Club of Stuart, Indiantown Civic Center, Port Sewall Harbor & Tennis Club, Berkshire Hathaway, Soroptimist of Stuart, and the Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast. If you'd like for my Office to speak with your organization, please call 772-221-1374.

Seven of my Office professionals recently attended the Florida Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Officers Spring Conference. The Conference featured four different educational tracks including real property assessment, property exemptions, information technology/GIS, and administration. A legislative update was also provided. This was a wonderful networking opportunity for our professionals to consult with other Property Appraiser’s Offices from around the State of Florida.

In the Home Stretch to the 2023 Preliminary
Estimate of Taxable Values
In the State of Florida, all Property Appraisers are required to report the taxable values to the local taxing authorities such as the Board of County Commissioners, School Board, and municipalities. This taxable value will assist them in preparing their budgets and subsequent millage rates. Our production cycle for the 2023 tax year started January 1st and the following numbers reflect what we have accomplished so far!
