Dear Prince Families:

There are four weeks of school remaining, and this week lower school has standardized testing (parents, please partner with us by ensuring a good sleep cycle and a healthy breakfast), middle school is on trip week (thank you parent volunteer chaperones), and high school has rising senior night. The month of May with its many end-of-year events is almost here; we encourage you to plan ahead by looking at our calendar.

Also, please remember to support our school each day with your vote for Prince as the "Best Private School" in the Athens Community Choice Awards. We need your vote to win this important contest!

Middle and high school volleyball tryouts for rising 7th-12th grade girls

Tuesday, April 30^th – Thursday, May 2^nd from 3:45 – 5:45 pm

and Friday, May 3^rd from 3:45-4:30 pm

Mandatory Parent Meeting

Thursday, May 2^nd at 6:00 pm in the Wolverine Den

Players must have a current physical and all forms on file in PRIVIT to participate.

Prior to Tryouts:

• Turn in your Tryout Information Form (instructions on form)
• Make sure you have an updated physical on file with Privit

The normal incidental invoice & payment date schedule will be adjusted for May and June to accommodate the end of our school year. 

Seniors: 

• Final incidental invoice will be emailed May 5th with a payment due date of Wednesday, May 15th. 
• If you utilize the auto-pay feature, your payment will be processed on May 15th.
• All tuition, fees, and incidentals for seniors must be paid in full before Graduation on May 18th.

Pre-K – 11^th Grades: 

• Regular incidental invoice will be emailed May 5th (for charges incurred April 6th – May 5th) with a payment due date of June 1st.
• A final invoice will be emailed May 30th  (for charges May 6th – May 17th) with a payment due date of June 15th.
• School personnel will make every effort to have incidental charges applied to your FACTS account using this schedule, however, if extenuating circumstances exist, you may receive an additional invoice.

Report cards and testing scores will be released after June 15th when a family’s 2023-2024 FACTS account is paid in full.

Wolverines Unleashed is an exciting lower school

field day event sponsored by the Prince PTF.

Deadline to Register: Monday, April 22nd

• Registration: Lower school parents should register their students & order t-shirt sizes. (*If registration is not completed, t-shirt sizes will be guessed.)

• Volunteers are needed & can register at this same link.

• Donation: Wolverines Unleashed is a free event, but each lower school family is asked to consider a $25 contribution to help off-set the cost of this fun day.
