While the members of ACAF were sad to see Ananth Prasad move on to a new role, they are delighted to be welcoming Dan Hurtado as the new President of the Florida Transportation and Builders Association. With Dan's prior experience as Chief Engineer at FDOT, he is not a new face, but certainly a welcomed addition to the association industry. ACAF congratulates him on his new role and is looking forward to continuing to work with him.

2025 Florida Asphalt Scholarship Program: Now Accepting Applications! | |

If you know a high school graduate aspiring to succeed in the asphalt industry, the Florida Asphalt Scholarship is for you! These scholarships are available to anyone entering college or trade school whose parent, parents, or legal guardian is a member or is employed by a member of the Asphalt Contractors Association of Florida.
This program is an umbrella program that currently encompasses several scholarships, so there are multiple opportunities. Visit our website to learn more and apply.

Duval Asphalt’s Child Cancer Fund Golf Tournament is happening March 31st at Jacksonville Golf And Country Club! This tournament helps local families battling childhood cancer. Support from the event provides these families with financial assistance, educational and family support, and psychosocial services.
