2023 Annual Meeting Notice
In accordance with the Dulles Farms Community Association's Bylaws, Article 2, Section 2.1. Annual Meetings and Administrative Resolution No. 20-08 Procedures Relating to Virtual Annual Meetings, please be advised that the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held virtually on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 6:30p.m. via Webex and the on line Election will be facilitated using the on line voting platform VoteHOANow.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect two new board members as the terms currently held by June Roman and Tom Ward will be expiring. Both seats up for election will serve for terms of 3 years each.
In addition to the Board election, an update will be provided as to the current state of the Association and various accomplishments made throughout the year.
You will receive a second notice regarding additional details of the meeting as well as the date for "Meet the Candidates" night. This package will also include the Candidate Statements that have been received.
