Attention WPRA Athlete,

The PRCA is still recovering from a network outage and due to this Procom online entries are NOT available yet. These are temporary procedures, until further notice.

On Wednesday, July 26th: Procom Entry line will open at 8:30 a.m. MT (719-548-4800)

ONLY the following rodeos will be available for entries. Entries will close at 3:00 p.m. MT on Wednesday, July 26th. Grace period will be from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. MT. Obviously, the volume to the Procom phone line is expected to be high, so please be patient, plan to call well in advance of deadlines, and please only call with pressing turnouts, releases, and entries for the following rodeos.

We will use www.rodeosetup.com to communicate to you how each rodeo will be set up.

Callbacks for these rodeos will be available no later than 8:30 a.m. MT, Thursday, July 27th on www.rodeosetup.com. No callbacks will be available through Procom.

The following rodeos will also be available for entries. Entries will open at 8:30 a.m. MT Wednesday, July 26 and close at 11:00 a.m. MT on Thursday, July 27th. Grace period will be from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. MT. Callbacks will be posted by 5:00 p.m. MT on Thursday, July 27th.

Procom will continue to accept turnouts and doctor releases via phone. All turnouts should now go through Procom and not the rodeo secretary at this time. We will continue to send updates as progress is made with the PRCA's networks. Please note, the WPRA Member Portal is still working properly to pay your fees and fines. Updates to the RodeoPay payment schedule will be communicated shortly.
