A random selection will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, July 6th, 2023. Subsequent to the deadline, applicants will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis, as long as the waiting list remains open. There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Hunterdon, Middlesex and Somerset Counties, as well as a preference for income-qualified veterans also qualified under NJAC 54:4-8.
