Sermon Series: From the Ashes

Temptation

Matthew 4:1-11

The season of Lent is a time for the broken and shattered. But it's also a time for anyone who wants to grow in their knowledge and understanding of Christ so that they can embrace the full life of God. Jesus repairs our brokenness and raises us from the ashes.

Jesus experienced temptation of every kind and was able to overcome. His example teaches us what we need to know in battling temptation and rising above it in our own lives. Let this season of your life be one of growth. Worship and study God's word with us at Slash as we celebrate a life following Jesus on this first Sunday of Lent.
