Presenting a workshop at our annual conference is the best opportunity to reach an audience that cares deeply about accessing the latest research and practices that support more inclusive communities. 


Inclusion BC's annual learning event runs May 30 to June 1, 2024, at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre in Nanaimo. We're excited to partner with our co-hosts, the Nanaimo Association for Community Living, BC Self Advocate Leadership Network, andClay Tree Society to offer three days of learning, networking, education, and fun to more than 400 attendees.

What kinds of sessions are we looking for? 


We are looking for 60-minute interactive workshops like lectures, discussions, and arts-based presentations.


What topics are we interested in?  


  • Community & disability supports 
  • Personal development 
  • Professional development 
  • Community development 
  • Advocacy 
  • First Nations, Inuit, Metis, and Urban Indigenous experiences
