The Goldie Initiative Reaches New Heights with 2023-24 Goldie Scholar Cohort

An unprecedented thirty-four Goldie Scholars representing 17 universities nationally, were selected on August 2, 2023, for a prestigious scholarship program with The Goldie Initiative for the 2023-24 academic year. Notably, this year’s cohort proudly welcomes four new graduate institutions to its ranks: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, University of Miami, and Iowa State University.

Over the course of the academic year, the 2022-23 Goldie Scholars cohort has been working to develop strategies for “getting what you want.” At the end of the school year, they presented their pitches and gained valuable insight on leadership from two top women in Commercial Real Estate.

Along with several honorees from sponsoring organizations, Megan Abraham participated in the GlobeSt ELITE Women of Influence conference in Lake Tahoe, California in July. She moderated three sessions: Winning a Seat on Corporate Boards, One Size Does Not Fit All: Scalable DE&I Initiatives That Work, and The Full Scope of Property Ownership and Management.
